Job Summary
General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations in Winchester, KY, driving growth, profitability, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include guiding a professional team, developing and implementing strategic plans, managing daily operations for efficiency and quality, budgeting and forecasting, cost control, and building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders. Must analyze market trends, identify opportunities, ensure outstanding service across departments, collaborate with department heads to optimize processes, and coach staff to achieve high performance. Requires proven GM or senior leadership experience, strong financial management skills, excellent leadership and communication abilities, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
