Job Summary
Being in charge comes with great responsibility for the shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You are the leader setting the example and will direct staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, image standards, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability while striving to sell more pizzas and have more fun. Duties also include directing activities, handling data analysis, using a calculator for monetary changes, navigating delivery areas, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. You will lead a team toward goals, greet customers with enthusiasm, manage orders and customer concerns, operate and maintain store facilities and equipment, and ensure accurate transactions, inventory, and paperwork. Additional requirements include physical stamina for standing and lifting, driving/delivery considerations, and a background/MVR check. The role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, customer service, and adherence to Domino’s standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
- Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check
- Must pass Motor Vehicle Record Check, meeting company-specific standards
