Job Summary
Lead a delivery and kitchen crew in executing daily operations, including opening and closing the store, preparing orders, food prep, stocking, maintaining cleanliness, and meeting service times and performance goals. Conduct administrative responsibilities such as inventory management, food ordering, scheduling, end-of-day reporting, handling customer concerns, and managing employees. Monitor and meet food cost and labor cost goals while demonstrating attention to detail and food quality in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be ready to learn to run shifts with familiarity of Domino's or similar store procedures, possess good communication and people skills, and have the ability to lift 50lbs. Starting pay ranges from $17 to $18 hourly, with potential advancement to a full GM position earning a flat yearly salary of $55,000 plus bonuses.

- Must have attention for detail & food quality
- Must be able to Work and Lead in a fast-paced environment
- Must have good customer service skills
- Must have good communication skills
- Must display maturity, patience and good people skills
- The ability to lift 50lbs with good mobility
- Basic computer and math skills
- At least 3 years of food service management experience with a quick-service restaurant or similar style facility
