Job Summary
Manage 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shifts, overseeing all store operations, daily results, and inventory/cost control. Model and create a positive customer service environment by hiring, training, and evaluating staff to ensure high food quality, cleanliness, and total satisfaction. Develop and execute the business plan including fiscal responsibilities, manpower planning, and local marketing while maintaining strict compliance with recipes, portion sizes, and grooming standards. Effectively plan and implement daily operational routines to deliver consistent, safe, and delicious products.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Ability to oversee the preparation of safe, delicious food while maintaining a clean, organized restaurant
- Ability to deliver a great customer experience
- Ability to jump in and assist where needed
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably a clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Business knowledge (P&L management, food safety, sales-forecasting, staffing... you get the idea)
- A creative approach to marketing (fundraisers, community-engagement, etc.)
- Passion for leadership and team development
