Job Summary
Hire, train, schedule, and manage employees while overseeing daily operations, purchasing, and inventory. Develop customer relationships, address service needs, and drive workplace efficiency strategies. Communicate across all levels, assist with deliveries as needed, and maintain operational standards. This role requires a valid driver's license, two years of driving history, and an insured personal vehicle for designated delivery areas. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying pizza cases and dough trays, and navigating stairs during deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid Driver's License with at least two-year driving history
- Maintain and provide valid insurance on personal vehicle
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
