Job Summary

Manage all shift operations including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. Set an example by adhering to all policies and procedures while staffing, managing food quality, and maintaining store cleanliness. Ensure punctuality and adherence to schedules to drive profitability and perfect image standards. You will navigate adverse weather and terrain to deliver pizzas and coupons within your designated area, operating equipment and processing orders via phone or computer.

Required Qualifications

Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
Ability to direct activities

Ability to reach above 72 inches
Ability to work in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions
Ability to work in in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees to 90 degrees and above
Ability to work in cramped quarters including walk-in cooler
Ability to work near hot surfaces/tools up to 500 degrees or higher
Ability to work near sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
Ability to work near fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust
Ability to work while carrying product during delivery
