Job Summary
Hire, train, schedule, and manage employees while handling daily operational functions including purchasing, inventory, and maintenance. Develop customer relationships, address service needs, and communicate between managers, customers, and staff. Assist with deliveries as needed and implement strategies for workplace efficiency and goal achievement. This role requires a valid driver's license with two years of experience and an insured personal vehicle for deliveries within the designated area. Physical demands include standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and navigating stairs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid Driver's License with at least two-year driving history
- Maintain and provide valid insurance on personal vehicle
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
