Job Summary
General Manager responsible for end-to-end restaurant operations, guest service excellence, controllable profit and cost management, staff recruitment/training, and adherence to Brand Standards. Oversees financial and operational reporting, executes marketing promotions, and leads development of managers and hourly staff through corporate training programs. Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations, maintains a positive workplace culture, and drives guest satisfaction and business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail management
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Food Safety Manager certification required
- Strong organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication
- English language proficiency
- Experience interpreting financial statements and driving operational improvements
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings and additional shifts
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in a fast-paced environment
