Job Summary
General Manager for two airport concepts (Olive & Finch and Bar Finch) at DEN. Responsible for overall performance, strategic direction, and operational success across FOH and BOH for both locations, including financial performance, staffing, facilities management, inventory control, and guest experience in a high-volume airport environment. Leads multi-concept operations, hires and develops managers and hourly staff, ensures brand standards, manages full P&L, forecasts and purchasing, enforces safety and regulatory compliance, collaborates with airport facilities and corporate leadership, and maintains an exceptional workplace culture. Requires 4–6 years of progressive restaurant management with GM experience, strong financial acumen, and the ability to pass a federal background check for an airport badge. Full-time exempt position with compensation $100,000–$115,000 plus benefits, located at Denver International Airport; flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Airport Badging: Must be able to successfully pass the required federal background screening and fingerprinting process mandated by Denver International Airport to secure and maintain an airport badge.
- Experience: 4–6 years of progressive restaurant management experience required, with at least 2 years in a General Manager role.
- Multi-unit or multi-concept management experience in a high-volume airport, hotel, or complex hospitality environment is strongly preferred.
