Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of the restaurant operation, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff and Managers, and maintaining financial health through cost controls and budgeting. Direct daily activities including inspecting cleanliness of FOH, BOH, and public restrooms; verifying food and beverage preparation standards; and resolving guest complaints. Manage Managers by setting monthly goals, conducting training, and implementing development plans for underperforming staff. Handle administrative duties such as scheduling labor, processing payroll, reviewing financial reports, and managing the Point of Sale system. Enforce company policies, conduct performance evaluations, and document conduct violations using specific forms to reduce liability. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations while maintaining accurate inventory and equipment standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience recruiting candidates, interviewing candidates, and making hiring decisions
- Ability to organize and direct employee and Manager training programs

- Ability to monitor budget and payroll records
- Ability to ensure inventory levels are maintained correctly

- Ability to recommend purchase of new equipment when needed
- Ability to ensure all products are received in correct unit count and condition
- Ability to ensure FOH and BOH are very clean
- Ability to ensure public restrooms maintain a super-clean status
- Ability to ensure all food and alcoholic beverages are consistently prepared and served according to recipes and standards
- Ability to ensure all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service
- Ability to immediately address all employee and customer safety issues
