Job Summary
Manage the operations and staff of a restaurant, ensuring execution of company policies, procedures, programs, and systems; provide leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew; drive a “Delight Every Customer” environment; oversee staffing, HR programs, training, performance feedback, and compliance; supervise food safety, quality, service, and cleanliness standards; lead growth and profitability initiatives through budgeting, cost controls, and execution of marketing plans; build and maintain brand integrity and operational excellence across the restaurant with a focus on staff development and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 18 years old or older
- Minimum of 3 years line operations experience in the restaurant industry or equivalent education/experience
- Ability to learn and apply SOPs and HR policies
- P&L analysis and corrective measures
- Demonstrated supervisory experience
- Serve Safe certification and Phase Training
- Ability to complete recommended training programs
- Ability to come to work promptly and work well with others
