Job Summary
General Manager oversees restaurant operations and staff, ensuring execution of company policies, training and development of subordinate managers and crew, achievement of restaurant objectives, and maintaining a Delight Every Customer environment. Responsibilities include staffing and HR program execution, training and performance feedback, recruitment and retention, food safety and quality standards, adherence to company policies, cost control and profitability, participation in marketing initiatives, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Required emphasis on leadership, supervisory experience, P&L analysis, ability to implement training programs (Serve Safe/Phase Training), and strong customer orientation. The role requires standing for long periods, ability to travel between locations as needed, and cultivating a high-performing team culture.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 18 years old or older
- Minimum of 3 years line operations experience in the restaurant industry; or equivalent of education and experience.
- Ability to learn and apply standard operating procedures
- Serve Safe Certification or ability to obtain
