Job Summary
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for directing daily operations of a Carl’s Jr. restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in operations including product preparation, customer service, and financial accountability. The GM actively selects, trains, and coaches talent, monitors job performance, and drives customer-focused culture. Key responsibilities include ensuring food safety, implementing marketing initiatives, analyzing sales and labor for profitability, and maintaining open communication with staff. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of restaurant experience, flexible working hours, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
