Job Summary
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for directing daily operations of a Carl’s Jr. restaurant, ensuring compliance with operational standards while promoting a customer-focused culture. Key responsibilities include selecting, training, and coaching employees, maintaining financial accountability, ensuring food safety standards, and executing performance management processes. The GM must demonstrate effective communication, accountability, and a commitment to developing talent within the team. Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for days, nights, and weekends, is essential, as is the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a high school diploma, with preference given for an associate degree and at least two years of experience in restaurant operations.
