Job Summary
Lead daily dealership operations covering sales, collections, and customer service while mentoring a team to exceed performance goals. Build relationships with customers and the local community to drive business growth, and monitor financial performance to implement strategies that maximize profitability. No late nights or Sunday shifts; schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm. This role requires two or more years of management and sales experience, along with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
