Job Summary
Lead the data center vertical at Instawork from inception to scale, driving strategy, growth, and operational excellence across onboarding, safety, and large construction deployments. Build and manage partnerships with general contractors, data center operators, and hyperscalers; analyze labor, compliance, and safety requirements; collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to turn pilots into enterprise deployments; represent the company as a thought leader in data center workforce solutions; and travel to major data center markets to accelerate expansion and performance.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in commercial construction (specifically mission-critical or data center builds), data center operations, infrastructure scaling, or management consulting within the tech/infrastructure space
- demonstrated ability to scale a vertical and drive operational excellence across onboarding, site access, safety protocols, and large-scale deployments
- strong relationship-building skills with general contractors, data center operators, colocation providers, and infrastructure tech giants
- ability to develop and refine growth strategy, drive cross-functional execution, and deliver enterprise-wide deployments
- willingness to travel extensively to major data center markets
- ability to represent the company externally as a thought leader in the data center workforce space
- excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations
