Job Summary
Lead daily restaurant operations to deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences from first greeting to final farewell. Inspire, coach, and retain a high-performing team through onboarding, development plans, and progressive leadership. Translate business goals into actionable plans; manage labor, inventory, and costs to achieve revenue targets and profitability. Optimize front- and back-of-house workflows to maximize efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction. Build and maintain strong vendor, partner, and community relationships to support seamless service and local sourcing initiatives. Champion food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance; uphold brand standards in all service aspects. Analyze financial performance using reports and KPIs; implement data-informed improvements to guest satisfaction and financial outcomes. Handle guest feedback with poise, resolving issues promptly while preserving guest loyalty. Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years of leadership experience in upscale, high-volume full-service dining
- At least 2 years in a GM or equivalent leadership role
- Strong financial acumen: budgeting, P&L understanding, cost controls, and performance analytics
- Experience with OpenTable or similar guest management platforms
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
