Job Summary
General Manager responsible for directing daily operations of an upscale, high-volume dining and events venue in Orange County, CA. Lead and coach a talented team, translate strategic goals into actionable plans, and manage labor, inventory, and costs to drive revenue growth and profitability. Oversee service and kitchen activities to ensure top-tier food quality, ambiance, and hospitality; implement processes to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction; ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance; foster a positive, inclusive culture aligned with brand standards; address guest feedback promptly to convert service recovery into loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in full-service, upscale restaurant management
- track record in high-volume settings
- minimum of 3 years in a GM or equivalent senior role
- lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
- strong financial acumen including budgeting, P&L analysis, and data-driven decision making
- knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- passion for hospitality and guest-centric service
