Manage daily operations by coordinating support functions, resolving member complaints, conducting weekly facility inspections, and ensuring strict adherence to cleanliness, safety, and security standards. Oversee department heads, facilitate weekly and daily meetings, and monitor profit centers to maximize revenue per member while maintaining budgets. Serve as a role model by communicating effectively, providing honest feedback, and leading by example to foster a professional, welcoming atmosphere.
Required Qualifications

- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
