General Manager

Lead the Crunch General Manager team to ensure members receive the highest quality of service and facilities while achieving financial targets outlined in the annual budget. Recruit and hire top-caliber staff, drive profit center revenue through personal training and retail, and oversee expense goals by managing payroll and administrative costs. Coordinate support functions across fitness, sales, marketing, accounting, and IT; conduct weekly detailed inspections of the club with the Maintenance Manager to enforce cleanliness, safety, and security standards. Resolve member complaints expeditiously, track completion of daily checklists and logs, and communicate club policies effectively to employees. Serve as a role model by holding weekly and individual meetings with key personnel, providing an inspirational environment that welcomes honest feedback, and ensuring the club meets all Crunch brand standards.
