Job Summary
Drive membership sales, lead and develop your team, and execute daily club operations to ensure a clean, safe, and high-energy environment. Monitor performance metrics, collaborate with regional leadership on growth goals, and represent the brand through local community partnerships. Handle escalated member concerns while coaching staff to sell with confidence and urgency. Prior fitness management experience required. CR Fitness is rapidly expanding its footprint across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Arizona.
