Job Summary
Lead the fitness club by promoting diversity, maintaining clean facilities, and achieving financial targets through motivating and supervising team members. Implement company policies and procedures, proactively recruit and hire staff, and manage sales leads to drive revenue. Resolve customer complaints, ensure facility safety and equipment maintenance, and oversee payroll processing and expense controls. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- At least 18 years of age
