Manage daily club operations by coordinating support functions, resolving member complaints, conducting weekly facility inspections, and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards. Drive financial performance through budget control, expense management, and articulating revenue variances while motivating employees to exceed targets. Serve as a role model by holding weekly meetings, fostering an inclusive culture, and developing department heads. This salaried exempt position requires onsite availability, CPR/AED certification, and at least two years of management experience.
