General Manager

Oversee gym operations to ensure an excellent member experience while managing financial success in a non-judgmental environment. Build strong teams by networking, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring managers and team members, then direct daily management including weekly schedules and assigned responsibilities. Coach and develop staff on training standards, employment policies, and sales performance to drive results. Conduct team meetings, set goals, and resolve member inquiries while monitoring inventory, retail sales, and equipment utilization. Maintain facility cleanliness, ensure payroll and scheduling accuracy, and enforce compliance with all brand standards. Monitor team performance against KPIs to meet or exceed expectations. Reports directly to the Regional Operations Director and President within the Fit Fusion management team.
