General Manager

Conduct weekly detailed inspections of the club with the Maintenance Manager and resolve member complaints following club procedures. Lead, motivate, and manage the fitness, sales, and personal training departments to achieve desired revenue and session production goals. Recruit and hire high-caliber staff while implementing company programs to generate new membership leads and optimize member base penetration. Coordinate with support functions including accounting and IT to ensure proper payroll processing, expense controls, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards. Monitor flagged check-ins to increase revenue collections and articulate variances between actual performance and budget. Serve as a role model by holding daily one-minute meetings and weekly management reviews to foster a professional, welcoming atmosphere.
