General Manager

Lead the Crunch Manager team to ensure members receive the highest quality service and facilities while achieving financial targets outlined in the annual budget. Recruit and hire top-caliber staff, implement club policies, and drive revenue through sales and personal training departments. Coordinate operations across fitness, sales, marketing, accounting, and IT to maintain cleanliness, safety, and security standards. Resolve member complaints, conduct weekly detailed inspections, and manage payroll and expense controls to keep costs at or below budget. Serve as a role model by holding regular meetings, providing feedback, and developing department heads to foster a professional, welcoming atmosphere.
