Job Summary
General Manager at Crumbl Cookies responsible for leading store operations in Georgia locations (Marietta, Kennesaw, Sandy Springs). Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, nurturing a positive culture, mentoring shift leads, setting schedules, tracking KPIs, coordinating with corporate, and ensuring ingredients are on site. Emphasis on high-energy, guest-focused service, team leadership, and ongoing training and development. Required/preferred background includes 3 years bakery/food service experience and 5 years of leadership experience; Food Handler Certification preferred. Role is full-time with 40-60 hours per week for General Manager and 40-50 hours for Assistant General Manager; in-person work location across specified GA cities.
