Job Summary
As a General Manager at CRISP & GREEN®, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, mentor the team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Key responsibilities include recruiting and developing talent, managing FOH and BOH operations, and motivating the team to exceed company goals. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to resolve conflicts, control labor costs, and drive restaurant sales through effective scheduling and marketing execution.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years previous management/supervisory experience
- 5 years customer service experience
- Passion for living a healthy life
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-pace environment
- Full-time availability with a flexible schedule
- Able to work at least 50 hours per week
