Job Summary
General Manager at Crash Champions overseeing operations at the CHAGRIN FALLS location. Responsible for meeting location revenue goals and KPIs, managing front and back of shop throughput from vehicle intake through delivery, assigning repair jobs to Body Technicians, prioritizing teardown/paint, providing teammate support, ensuring alignment with Crash Champions and I-Car quality standards, accurate billing, PPE safety, payroll and staff scheduling, maintaining production flow with cross-functional teams, writing DRP-compliant estimates after disassembly and damage discovery, and leading team acquisition, coaching, and development to foster growth and progression opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient with CCC ONE Total Repair Software
- Proficient with Computers and other technology
- Knowledge of Collision Industry and insurance procedures
- Ability to lead and collaborate to meet objectives
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve results
