Job Summary
Commercial leadership for a U.S. General Manager role in a growing international CPG brand. Owns the full U.S. P&L, leads distributor-led go-to-market across grocery, mass, club, and specialty channels, directs key retail relationships, pricing, and promotional calendars, and drives forecast accuracy and demand planning. Leads a small U.S. team with autonomy to shape U.S. strategy, aligned with global HQ, in a flexible hybrid work model. Focused on revenue growth, distributor partnerships, trade spend optimization, and building a high-performing commercial organization.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in CPG/FMCG
- P&L experience in U.S. market
- distributor-led model experience
- retail accounts management
- retail expansion and trade spend optimization
- narrative of growth and profitability
- Mandarin is a plus but not required
