Job Summary
General Manager accountable for all aspects of property operations at Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal, including strategic leadership, driving property performance and profitability, overseeing sales and marketing strategy, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing labor budgets, overseeing capital improvements, implementing brand service strategy, building owner/asset relationships, and leading the hotel management team to deliver ROIs to Marriott and ownership.
Required Qualifications
