Job Summary
Lead, develop, and manage operations for Cotton Patch Cafe in Tyler, TX, delivering hospitality and scratch-made Texas favorites. Responsibilities include building and growing a high-performing team, ensuring quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction, and fostering the personal and professional development of staff. Must leverage strong leadership, scheduling, and training skills to maintain performance-based operations, while upholding certifications for alcohol service and food safety. Requires 2+ years of restaurant management, ability to meet flexible days/nights/weekends, a valid driver license, and eligibility to work in the United States with E-Verify participation. Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 2+ years restaurant management experience
- Ability to acquire Alcohol Service Certification and Food Manager Certification
- Must have valid Driver License
- Must be a team player and hard worker
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
