Lead on-site operations for a tenant-based commercial asset in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area. Manage a small on-site team and vendor relationships to drive NOI and exceed goals. Develop and manage operating income/expense budgets. Ensure compliance with regulations and local laws while delivering the highest level of tenant satisfaction. Requires strong leasing experience in commercial real estate, a collaborative mindset, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and clear communication skills.
