Job Summary
The General Manager for Coping, Service & Triumph Exteriors is tasked with overseeing the financial, operational, and strategic performance of three core divisions. Responsibilities include owning full P&L performance, developing growth strategies, executing projects safely and on time, establishing operational processes, and monitoring KPIs. The role requires strong leadership in managing division managers, enhancing operational systems, and ensuring compliance with safety standards while achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in construction, building envelope, or related industries
- Decisive problem solver who can address complex operational and financial challenges
- Highly organized professional capable of managing multiple divisions and priorities
- Results-oriented leader focused on profitability, execution, and accountability
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience managing multiple divisions, departments, or business units
- Strong P&L ownership with demonstrated ability to drive revenue and profitability
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost control
- Strong understanding of construction operations including estimating, project management, and field execution
- Experience scaling operations and implementing systems to support growth
- Strong knowledge of contracts, change order management, and project risk mitigation
- Familiarity with Ontario construction practices, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
- Operational leader with full ownership of divisional performance and results
- Strategic thinker able to align operations with growth and market opportunities
- Clear communicator able to align leadership, operations, and corporate functions
