Job Summary
Direct daily operations of Popeyes Louisiana Chicken restaurants, ensuring compliance with company standards in product preparation, delivery, customer relations, maintenance, inventory, team management, and financial accountability. Deliver the highest quality products and services to each customer while managing recruiting, retention, and team leadership. Interpret Profit and Loss Statements, analyze data, and communicate effectively across all levels. Requires minimum six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year with another concept, plus computer literacy and strong leadership skills. Schedule includes on-call rotation; pay ranges from $17 to $21. Benefits include bonus, medical, dental, vision, vacation, 401K, and life insurance.
