Job Summary
Oversees BGIS NSW & ACT contract portfolio as a Senior General Manager, Contracts, driving operational, financial, and strategic performance. Leads revenue, margin, profitability, retention, and growth objectives; collaborates across service lines; manages governance, risk, safety, and compliance; fosters client relationships and cross-functional teamwork; and develops leaders to support succession planning. Based in Sydney CBD with regular metropolitan travel and occasional regional/interstate travel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' experience in senior leadership roles within facilities management, property, corporate real estate, or similarly complex service environments.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale contract portfolios with responsibility for operational and financial performance.
- Strong commercial and financial management capability, including budget accountability, profitability, and business planning.
- Proven experience developing strategic client relationships and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within complex matrix organisations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and performance insights to support decision-making and accountability.
- Experience working within quality, safety, environmental, and compliance frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Property, Business, Commerce, Accounting, Law, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
