Job Summary
Develop and implement branch plans to achieve Sales and Operations targets while collaborating with In-Home Sales and Installation Managers to improve systems, monitor daily performance, and ensure revenue goals are met. Manage warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, job staging, and quality control, while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and safety guidelines. Review monthly location financials to present analysis to executive leadership and monitor office headcount to align hiring and training with revenue objectives. Represent the company at philanthropic and community events. This Mid-Senior Level exempt role in Houston, TX requires a proven track record in the construction industry, strong leadership capabilities, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Industry knowledge and a proven track record of success in the Construction and Home Improvement industry
- A relentless focus on customer service
- Demonstrated ability to analyze multiple ever-changing data points to develop strategies to overcome obstacles and keep the promises of our company to our customers
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team success & employee engagement
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
