General Manager- Construction

General Manager - Construction leads and oversees all construction activities for the Group, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Develop and implement the overall construction strategy, lead a multidisciplinary construction team, oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations, manage relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, monitor performance and profitability, drive continuous improvement, negotiate contracts and change orders, and foster a culture of safety, innovation, and teamwork across all sites. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred); PMP/MCITP or equivalent highly desirable; strong knowledge of construction methodologies and contracts; excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD; fluency in English with Arabic an advantage; minimum 12 years in construction with at least 5 in a senior management role; experience managing multi-million-dinar budgets and complex stakeholder environments.
