Job Summary
General Manager at Domino’s overseeing daily store operations, driving profitability and food-safety/compliance, providing leadership and supervision, and cultivating an inclusive, engaged team environment. Responsibilities include achieving operational standards, managing costs, recruiting and developing employees, and ensuring excellent customer service while operating and troubleshooting store technology (POS, ATS). Must have at least 1 year of GM experience in a fast-paced service setting, strong people-management skills, and a valid driver’s license (preferred).
