Job Summary
General Manager for a Domino's store: oversee daily store operations with leadership over operations, accountability for profitability, food safety, and fostering an inclusive, engaged environment. Responsibilities include implementing operations procedures, managing costs, recruiting and developing staff, leading team performance and food safety protocols, delivering excellent customer service, and operating POS/ATS systems. Requires strong leadership, fast-paced service experience, and a valid driver’s license; minimum age 18. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment
- Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities
- Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees
- Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
