General Manager

Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards and coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth. Lead the charge for local marketing strategies, use business-to-business partnership opportunities, and obtain referrals to steer growth and build revenue. Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications, assess risk within established limits, and enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local and state laws. Supervise office security including cash management, loss prevention, and verify cash overages/shortages, vault, inventory, deposits, and expenses. Conduct proper opening and closing procedures, train new staff in keyholder duties, and participate in the selection, review, hiring, and retention of new employees. Develop work schedules in accordance with budget, workloads, and store needs, and handle complex customer situations with integrity. Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance, address basic facility needs, and perform duties outside the office including on-site vehicle appraisals. Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends, in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment.
