Job Summary
Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company standards and lead team development to drive revenue and build brand loyalty. Examine and process loan applications while enforcing quality standards, procedures, and local regulations. Supervise office security, maintain cash management, and conduct audits as directed. Develop work schedules, handle complex customer situations, and oversee store appearance and facility needs. Participate in hiring, training new staff, and executing local marketing strategies to steer growth. Maintain a full-time schedule with regular in-person attendance, including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries
- Operations experience in a leadership capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time
- Ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move inside and outside of the store
- Ability to operate mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Background check required
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree or higher
- Experience in check cashing
- Experience in document verification
- Experience in money order processing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
