Job Summary
General Manager – Commercial Performance for Vet Services leads the design and implementation of a unified commercial system across a multi-site veterinary network. Responsibilities include owning pricing architecture, margins, billing, inventory, and enterprise governance; driving margin improvement, reducing leakage, and simplifying operations while maintaining clinical integrity; leading commercial design within systems and ensuring data-driven insights, dashboards, and scenario modelling guide decision-making; coordinating with Finance, Operations, Clinical Leadership, IT, and Procurement to translate commercial intent into scalable results; building and leading the Commercial Performance function and delivering improved gross margin and working capital outcomes.
