General Manager - Colorado City #12

Oversees entire restaurant operations, including financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales, and marketing. Ensures all PRIDE systems and routines are incorporated into day-to-day activities while managing the P & L to optimize profit, control COGS, Labor, and Controllables. Makes final decisions on matters of importance and responds to customer complaints to maintain satisfaction. Staffs, trains, and develops assistant managers and hourly employees through orientations, feedback, and performance reviews. Ensures proper staffing for all day parts and sales volumes while working with the DM to achieve the location's game plan. Maintains positive relationships with team members to foster morale and efficiency.
