Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of production, dispatch, maintenance, customer relationships, and financial performance within your assigned region. Lead and mentor plant managers and operational teams, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Ensure efficient, on-time dispatch and delivery of ready-mix products while developing maintenance strategies to maximize asset reliability. Build strong customer relationships by resolving complex issues with professionalism and urgency, using data to monitor key performance indicators and drive operational improvements. Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards across all sites, manage the regional P&L, and identify growth opportunities. This pivotal role requires 7+ years of experience in ready-mix or construction, with proven leadership in multi-site environments. Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in ready-mix, construction, or project management roles
