Job Summary
Lead the team by managing, motivating, and developing retail staff while delivering in-the-moment coaching to ensure excellent customer experiences. Run the club by taking ownership of day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards for safety and cleanliness, and rolling out promotional campaigns with weekly feedback to the marketing team. Keep an eye on the numbers by overseeing cash flow, reviewing financial figures to suggest performance improvements, and managing controllable costs within the agreed budget. Work a rotating schedule including evenings and weekends at Victoria Casino, Cork.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years' management experience in retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role
- A genuine person who can lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Strong planning and organisation — able to prioritise, multitask, and hit deadlines
- A commercial head: comfortable with figures and keen to improve performance
- Calm and professional when handling challenging situations
- Confident with IT — Microsoft Word and Excel
- You must be 18 or over to apply
- Hours: Rotating schedule within operating hours, including evenings and weekends
