General Manager - Coahoma #41

Oversee entire restaurant operations, including financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales, and marketing. Manage all areas of the restaurant to make final decisions on matters of importance, ensuring PRIDE systems and routines are incorporated into daily activities. Develop and achieve the restaurant's game plan by working with the Director of Marketing, while ensuring guest service meets company standards and responding promptly to customer complaints. Staff, train, and develop assistant managers and hourly employees through orientations, feedback, and performance reviews. Manage effective schedules to ensure proper staffing for all day parts and sales volumes, and control COGS, Labor, and Controllables to optimize profit. Maintain positive relationships with all team members to foster a cooperative climate conducive to maximizing morale, productivity, and efficiency. Ensure the restaurant adheres to established company standards, policies, and procedures while working with local chambers and schools to increase sales.
