Job Summary
General Manager needed to oversee all studio operations at a boutique fitness franchise; lead sales efforts, drive membership growth, train and supervise Sales Associates, manage staff schedules, maintain inventory, and enforce studio policies. Responsibilities include lead generation through Grass Roots Marketing and Networking, converting prospects to intro classes, driving memberships and retail sales, training/integrating instructors, using ClubReady for revenue and attendance reports, mentoring staff, collecting dues, promoting studio promotions, and strategizing marketing campaigns to generate leads. Must be fluent in English, highly organized with strong written communication, data-management skills, and a customer-service focus; ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment and maintain confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
