Job Summary
General Manager to lead Club Pilates studios in Ann Arbor, MI, overseeing sales to operations and multiple studio locations. Responsible for driving memberships and retail, supervising Sales Reps, leading lead generation and Grass Roots marketing, implementing a sales process to convert prospects into introductory classes, and motivating the team to exceed targets with commissions and incentives. Focused on delivering exceptional member experiences, maintaining studio cleanliness and policies, and managing high-level customer service and overall studio performance. Flexible, hybrid schedule with base pay plus revenue sharing and sales bonuses, plus perks like complimentary memberships.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
- Confident in generating personal sales and supervising Sales Reps
- Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- An affinity and passion for fitness
- Solid writing and grammar skills
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
