Job Summary
Lead overall store operations and financial results by managing key metrics, quality, and staff performance through Recipe Book execution. Mentor direct reports, recruit new hires, and coach teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve concerns. Stay current on vehicle repair technologies, manage insurance and dealer accounts monthly, and drive external marketing and team building. Travel up to 25% of the time to support area contacts and dealer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years collision repair / auto body management experience
- Proven leadership and track record of employee development
- Ability to read and understand financial P&L statements
- Valid driver's license
- Eligible for insurance coverage
- Working knowledge of CCC One estimating platform and management system
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as repair procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
- Ability to travel up to 25%
